Responsibilities

- Requires attention to detail and good communication skills. - Must commit to all Applebee's standards. - Needs a combination of speed and stamina. - Must be able to work under pressure and with others under pressure. - Must be able to lift heavy items and work in hot conditions. - Ensures all food procedures are followed according to Applebee's specifications. - Coordinates food service with other departments as needed. - Adheres to state and Applebee's sanitation guidelines. - Familiarizes themselves with new menu items and dishes.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent. - At least 1 year of food preparation experience, though not required. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Demonstrates professionalism in the workplace. - Can work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
