Cooks' Primary Duties
- Batter (chicken and seafood), fries and monitors holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and any other fried products.
- Turns and pulls product past holding time.
- Stocks sandwich area, prepares and packages sandwiches.
- Bakes and dresses biscuits.
- Heats inserts of prepared products for the front line.
- Fills and packages orders.
- Maintains cleanliness of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
