Cooks' Primary Duties

  • Batter (chicken and seafood), fries and monitors holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and any other fried products.
  • Turns and pulls product past holding time.
  • Stocks sandwich area, prepares and packages sandwiches.
  • Bakes and dresses biscuits.
  • Heats inserts of prepared products for the front line.
  • Fills and packages orders.
  • Maintains cleanliness of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Show a friendly, enthusiastic attitude while performing job assignments.
  • Show a caring attitude for guests and fellow crew members.
  • Maintain the company’s operational quality and cleanliness standards.
