About the role

Performs specified duties in order to maintain high standards of quality food preparation, production, service, and portion control, using standardized recipes, for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of quality food preparation, production, service, and portion control, using standardized recipes.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and under supervision.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Handle inventory and restock supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Previous professional kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Food Handlers Permit.

Skills

• Knowledge of standard cooking techniques and recipes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in following recipes.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
