Cook Assembly Operator

Essential Function

• On-site regular, reliable attendance is required.
• Understanding the basic operation of assembly equipment.
• Interpretation and use of Manufacturing process sheets.
• Maintain daily clerical records on production and quality as required.
• Report any problems to Cook Assembly Manager.
• Perform in-process Quality checks of product produced using appropriate tools and/or gauges.
• Demonstrate high degree of accuracy.
• Maintain established safety rules and regulations.
• Work efficiently, making effective use of time.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area.
• Demonstrate creativity in recommending improvements.
• Punctuality.
• Attendance.

Additional Responsibilities

• Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor/lead.
• Work safely at all times.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Caliper and micrometer knowledge.

Training and Experience

• Inspection procedures and any special inspection equipment training will also be provided.
• MSDS.
• Quality Policy.
• ISO: 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016.
• Safety.
