Responsibilities
- Complete all assigned prep work
- Set up cooks station
- Maintain product presentations, product quality, cook time standards
- Prepare all menu items according to company recipes, plate presentations and specifications
- Set up equipment
- Verify stock
- Clean equipment
- Prepare food items to specification while maintaining a clean work area
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Able to lift 25-70 pounds
- Use knives, slicing and other food preparation equipment
- Exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 10 hours in length
