How You'll Make An Impact
- Prepare appealing and appetizing foods for patients, cafeteria and catered events.
- Ensure that special diet recipes are followed to ensure that patients receive their proper nutritional requirements.
- Follow and comply with recipe guidelines.
- Perform any other responsibilities to help maintain normal operations in the Department.
- Adhere to and follow all food safety and HACCP guidelines.
- Maintain all HACCP documentation throughout preparation.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area, perform routine cleaning assignments.
