Cook 4 - On Call

About the role

This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least two years of previous culinary experience. Related hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling.
• Give direction in the supervisor's absence.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills required.
• At least 2 years minimum of previous cook experience.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and pull heavy equipment.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
