Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items from posted production lists
- Cook and present menu items to specification
- Adhere to food safety procedures and maintain organized work area
- Work club concession stands as needed
- Some roles may require strict confidentiality
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Skills And Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of upscale food production in high volume catering operation or restaurant
- Culinary degree or certification preferred
- Basic kitchen skills: Proper knife usage, safely use kitchen equipment to process foods, some hot food preparation
- Excellent attendance
- Devoted learner
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
