Miami Valley Gaming is looking to hire a Cook 3 to help our F&B Team deliver the exceptional guest experience we're known for.

Pay
This position starts at a competitive starting wage of $22.01/hr plus time and a half pay for select holidays and high-volume business days.

Responsibilities
You help deliver the guest experience through helping to keep our guests safe and healthy. You are a can-do person who likes to keep busy and doesn't mind to jump in and help with other tasks whenever needed. You're happy that you're not stuck in a cubicle all day!
You are conscientious about adhering to all service, health, safety, and personal hygiene standards.
While you're self-motivated and able to work independently, you are a people person and also enjoy the camaraderie that's inherent in a tight-knit F&B team.
You are happy to take advantage of our excellent training and are considering advancing in a hospitality or culinary career.
Qualifications
- Must meet eligibly requirements of Cook 1 and Cook 2
- Ability to successfully set up and work multiple outlets
- Ability to run cooking or production line
- Must demonstrate advanced food knowledge consisting of international cooking styles and techniques, specialty raw products and use, menu engineering (development) and beginning knowledge of wine and food pairing
- Must be able to coordinate production from several areas for the goal of serving multiple finished products simultaneously
- Must have math skills as well as the ability to multi task, proper knife skills, basic food knowledge inclusive of specifications (size, shape, color, package size, weight, growing season, origin, seasonal availability, seasonings, specialty products as defined by hiring management
