About the role
A Cook 3 is an experienced kitchen team member responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Handle advanced cooking tasks independently on assigned stations
- Ensure consistent meeting of food quality, presentation, and safety standards
- Assist in guiding junior cooks and supporting daily kitchen operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (culinary training preferred)
- 2–5 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
