About the role

The Cook 3 position at Grand Hyatt Kauai is an intermediate line cook role requiring good communication and culinary skills. The ideal candidate will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree is helpful. The role involves working single stations in the kitchen and requires significant supervision and training.

Requirements

• Refined verbal communication skills
• 2 years of previous line experience preferred
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
• Able to perform all basic cooking skills
• Able to work single station in the kitchen
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for long periods of time

Pay

90 Day Probationary Rate: $29.41 per hour
Hourly Rate: $34.60 per hour
