What You’ll Do
- Support and coordinate service across the entire line
- Work all stations, as assigned
- Expedite orders in the absence of the Sous Chef or Chef
- Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities
- Create prep lists and ensure full station readiness
- Mentor Cook 1s and Cook 2s with constructive feedback
- Maintain quality, timing, and plating standards
What We’re Looking For
- Mastery of all line stations and techniques
- Strong understanding of seasoning, flavor balance, and plating
- Knowledge of yields, costing, and portion control
- Ability to lead calmly under pressure
- Strong organizational and communication skills
