Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen with preparing items featured in our deli case, grab'n'go wall and self-serve counters.
• Work at a fast pace to assist with preparing entrees, salads, side dishes and soups to keep fresh, abundant and high quality products ready to offer our guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment.
• Provide world-class service to our guests as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have proficient knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Must have proficient knife skills.
• Background working in high volume setting, either in hotels or institutional cooking.
• Good communication skills and an eye for detail.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize.
• A positive attitude is essential!
