Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen by preparing items featured in our deli case, grab'n'go wall, and self-serve counters.
• Work at a fast pace to prepare entrees, salads, side dishes, and soups, ensuring fresh, abundant, and high-quality products for our guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and attractive work environment.
• Provide world-class service to our guests as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficient knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Proficient knife skills.
• Background working in a high-volume setting, such as hotels or institutional cooking.
• Good communication skills and an eye for detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• A positive attitude is essential!
