About the role

This is a line cooking position with the goal of keeping all tickets under fifteen minutes and serving American-style food with as many local Montana products as possible. Our kitchen is unique compared to many other restaurants in Bozeman, where we operate a small yet productive line with a simple menu that hardly changes. Our menu focuses on quality items and quick processing times.

Requirements

Prior cooking experience is preferred, but we are always eager to help train someone new, and our general operations allow for quick learning.
