POM Wonderful · Del Rey, CA · 3 wk ago
Sales$23–$25/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have company description, job summary, job description, seasonal responsibilities, qualifications, education & experience, additional information (benefits, etc). We need to use for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove navigation, legal, duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to extract content and map to sections.
We have:
Company Description: description of POM Wonderful. Could be "About the role"? Actually "Company Description" could be considered "About the role"? But they said use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly.
We have:
- Job Summary: description of role.
- Job Description: list of duties.
- Seasonal Pomegranate Harvest – Yard Coordination Responsibilities: additional duties.
- Qualifications: list of qualifications.
- EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: education and experience.
- Additional Information: benefits, wellness, career advancement, etc. This includes benefits info: medical coverage, vision, dental, 401k match, etc. Also mentions "Thriving Wellness Community" etc. So we can put Benefits section.
- Pay: Base Compensation: $23 - $25 (likely hourly). So we need Pay section.
- Schedule: Not explicitly stated, but maybe implied: ability to work all shifts, overtime, weekends, holidays as required. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that detail.
We must not include sections with filler like "not specified". So we include only those with real content.

We must not include sections with filler like "not specified". So we include only those with real content.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's structure:
About the role
maybe combine Company Description + Job Summary? Actually About the role could be a brief description of the role. We have Job Summary which describes role. So we can put that as prose under About the role.
Alternatively, we could have About the role = Company Description? But they said "About the role" heading for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we can put role summary there.
Responsibilities: combine Job Description duties and Seasonal responsibilities.
Requirements: maybe Qualifications? Actually they have Qualifications heading separate. But they also have Requirements as a possible heading. We could treat Qualifications as Requirements. But they said use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we have both Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. We need to decide where to put content.
We have qualifications list: ability to read/write, bilingual preferred, knowledge of shipping/receiving, ability to provide work direction, knowledge of forklift safety, basic knowledge of GMP, ability to maintain records, computer proficiency, working knowledge of Oracle, strong organizational/communication/problem-solving skills, customer-service oriented, self-motivated, ability to work independently/team, ability to work all shifts etc.
We also have EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: high school diploma/GED, 1-3 years experience preferred, previous lead or assistant supervisory experience preferred.
We could split: Requirements = Education & Experience; Qualifications = the list of abilities/knowledge; Skills maybe subset of Qualifications? But we can just put Qualifications as list, and maybe Skills not needed if overlapping. But we need to follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for Qualifications (list). We have content for Requirements (education & experience). We have content for Skills? Could extract skills like organizational, communication, problem-solving, customer service, etc. But those are already in qualifications. Might be redundant. Better to not create Skills section if it would be filler. So we omit Skills.
We have Benefits: from Additional Information: medical coverage, vision, dental, 401k with match, 24/7 online physician consultations, virtual mental health resources, life coaching, employee community groups, cash rewards for healthy habits, fitness reimbursements, library of on-demand fitness videos. Also career advancement opportunities, learning development, mentorship program, continuous improvement training, building healthy society, giving back to community. Those are benefits/perks. We'll put them in Benefits section as list.
Pay: Base Compensation: $23 - $25.
Schedule: Ability to work all shifts, overtime, weekends, holidays as required by management.
Now we need to format.
We'll produce:
