Converting Process Engineer
About the role
Join Dart's Paper Operations Team and lead manufacturing process improvements across our converting operations. We are seeking a highly technical engineer with strong experience in converting processes, manufacturing systems, process optimization, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong technical experience supporting converting operations. While paper manufacturing experience is beneficial, we are equally interested in engineers from packaging, plastics, printing, coatings, laminating, extrusion, or other continuous manufacturing environments who can quickly learn our paper-based processes. This is an opportunity to solve complex manufacturing challenges, lead impactful projects, and drive innovation across multiple production facilities. The role is based in Mason, MI, Federalsburg, MD, Leola, PA, or remote (with 60–70% travel to facilities).
