Growth Opportunities
Mativ has grown annually over the last seven years despite a declining industry. This is the direct result of a strong leadership team with a strategic approach. Now is a great time to join the Mativ converting center as the opportunity for job and wage growth is great through expansion and retirement opportunities. Job and wage growth opportunities can happen as early as within six months of employment and include movement to operator roles, our finishing center, our paper mill (also located in Neenah, WI), and within our maintenance apprentice program. Employment opportunities also exist in roles such as customer service, logistics, and operations.
