Your role
- Knowledge of telecom-specific challenges such as call routing, number portability, and service provisioning.
- Experience with analytics tools for conversational performance tracking.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking.
- Strong understanding of GCP architecture and services relevant to CCAS.
Your skills and experience
- 10+ year of experience, including 3+ years of experience designing conversational interfaces or virtual agents, preferably in the telecom domain.
- Experience with Dialogflow CX, including flow design, fulfillment, and testing.
- Proficiency in Python for developing webhook services and automation scripts.
- Experience with webhooks, RESTful APIs, and backend integration patterns.
- Familiarity with telecom systems such as CRM, billing platforms, and IVR.
- Hands on knowledge using Gen AI, Playbooks & CCAI Insights.
- Experience with Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Agent Assist.
- Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Developer, Contact Center AI specialization).
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $76,200 - $187,740.
