Responsibilities

• Provides a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
• Serves as a positive role model for fellow employees.
• Completes daily administrative responsibilities in accordance with company procedures.
• Trains new employees according to company guidelines.
• Resolves all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner and reports feedback to the District Manager.
• Completes and delegates shift duties to maintain store conditions aligned with company expectations.
• Assists employees in following up on daily shift duties.
• Leads and motivates employees to be productive members of the store team.

Job Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, reach, and lift. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Pay

$58,200 - $68,500 per year, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
