Energy North/Haffner’s is seeking a Store Manager to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The Store Manager is pivotal in implementing the company’s policies, procedures, and desire to provide outstanding customer satisfaction. They work closely with store employees to ensure the daily routine and responsibilities are completed in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provides a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
• Positive role models for their fellow employees.
• Completes the daily administrative responsibilities in accordance with company procedures.
• Trains new employees according to the guidelines set forth by the company.
• Solves all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner. Reports all customer feedback and actions taken to the District Manager.
• Completes and delegates shift duties to keep store conditions in accordance with company expectations.
• Assists employees in following up on daily shift duties.
• Able to lead and motivate employees to be productive members of the store team.

Compensation

PAY - $59,000 - $70,000 Per Year
