About the role

Haffner’s is seeking a Convenience Store Manager in Training to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The Store Manager is responsible for the management of the ongoing day-to-day operations of the store, while adhering to company policies and procedures; direct supervision of staff; maximizing store profits and ensuring a high level of customer service and store appearance.

Responsibilities

• Resolves all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner.
• Reports all customer feedback and actions taken to the District Manager.
• Provides a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
• Completes the daily administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager in accordance with company procedures.
• In the event the Store Manager is not available, the Assistant Manager is fully prepared to complete all managerial duties.
• Serves as a positive role model for fellow employees.
• Supervises employees.
• Executes all aspects of the company’s promotions, as communicated by the Marketing Manager.
• Communicates company promotions to store employees.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations.

Pay

$18.00–$24.00 per hour, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
