About the role

Diversified Management Group, Inc. (DMG) is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join our team at our Pecos Pit Stop location. This hands-on, customer-facing position emphasizes speed, accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety protocols in a fast-paced convenience store setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves made-to-order and ready-to-eat food items (such as sandwiches, hot dogs, pizza slices, coffee, drink bar, snacks, and other grab-and-go options)
• Provides excellent customer service at the food counter or register
• Maintains a clean and sanitary food service area
• Supports overall store operations during shifts

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Positive and friendly
• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment
• Good oral and written communication
• Desire to help customers
• Ability to obtain any other applicable certifications/licensures as required
• Commitment to excellence in customer service and DMG Values
• Some weekend and holiday availability is required
