Convenience Store Food Service Associate - West Bath
About the role
Haffner’s is seeking a Convenience Store Food Service Associate to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. This part-time role is eligible for up to a $300 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities
- Perform all job duties with a customer-centric mindset, making customer service the top priority.
- Handle customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary.
- Perform duties in accordance with all company policies and safety rules.
- Maintain compliance with state and company health guidelines, ensuring the deli area is clean and safe.
- Produce deli items and operate/maintain deli equipment safely.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of food safety (additional training will be provided).
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to interact well with coworkers.
- Good organizational skills.
Pay
$16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
