Convenience Food Service Associate- Plymouth

Starting pay at $17.50 per hour plus a $300 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a customer-centric mindset, prioritizing customer needs and handling complaints or issues, escalating when necessary.
• Perform all job duties in accordance with company policies and safety rules, reinforcing safety practices among deli associates.
• Maintain a clean deli environment, ensuring compliance with state and company health guidelines.
• Produce deli items and operate/maintain deli equipment safely.
• Adhere to all food service and health regulations.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of food safety (additional training provided by the company).
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to interact well with coworkers.
• Good organizational skills.

Pay

$17.50–$19.00 per hour, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
