This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Pay

$27/hr - $32/hr (DOE)

Schedule

  • Sunday-Friday 7am-3:30pm, or until completion of work
  • Alternating Friday and Sunday every other week

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes routine operational data to support issue resolution and improve workflow consistency.
  • Implements incremental process adjustments that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve service delivery.
  • Coordinates task dependencies across teams to support smooth execution and timely completion of activities.
  • Escalates atypical issues with clear context and recommended actions to support effective resolution.
  • Performs assigned maintenance and operational activities to sustain equipment reliability and process continuity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.

Skills

  • Certification in Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or equivalent certification preferred.
