Responsibilities
- Installation of control wiring, controllers, sensors, and software
- Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manages assigned work to meet professional execution, of time and customer satisfaction in an ethical matter
- Provides training to customers on electronic control systems operations
- Diagnostics and repairs complex electronic system malfunction's
- Provides support and training to the mechanical staff on building automation systems
- Performs other duties related to the programming, commissioning and servicing of building controls and facilities management systems as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in servicing electronic and/or mechanical systems
- Understanding of typical HVAC systems such as boilers, chillers, heat pump systems, air handlers, and terminal equipment
- Able to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people
- PC experience required and the ability to program HVAC related software
- PREFERRED: Experience with Tridium, Carrier, Metasys, Trane, and any other controls systems
