Controls Technician

Qualifications

• Customer Relations: 4+ years of experience in service, repair, and installation of commercial HVAC equipment and working with HVAC controls.
• Installation, Commissioning and Programing.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Tridium software, older and newer versions
• Open protocol networks. Lon, BacNet, Modbus
• Another Integration to OEM and other control systems
• Networking skills
• Auto Cad Graphics programs
• Common Office software
• Doing pre-submittals and Asbuilts for projects
• Blueprint reading
• HVAC Equipment
• HVAC Sequence of Operation
• HVAC Troubleshooting
• HVAC Wiring Disclosure
