Controls Technician

Job Duties

• Assist with troubleshooting and repair of down equipment.
• Navigate ladder logic.
• Work with Allen Bradley and Siemens control systems.
• Use test equipment such as a multi-meter, megger, phase rotation meter, and oscilloscope.
• Read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Learn Keyence laser software and 2D barcode software for adjustments.
• Understand and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
• Assist with general parts research, as necessary.
• Analyze and resolve machine and conveyor problems.
• Establish or adjust work processes to meet production schedules.
• Resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Able to drive a forklift, scissor lift, and articulating arm boom truck.
• Work with Engineering on process improvements and 10-foot circle improvements.
