CONTROLS TECHNICIAN

About the role

The CONTROLS TECHNICIAN will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting building automation systems, including HVAC controls and low-voltage wiring.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot building automation systems
• Perform routine inspections and repairs on HVAC equipment
• Install and configure new control systems as needed
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure system reliability

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in building automation, HVAC controls, and electrical systems
• DDC controls and low-voltage wiring knowledge
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with building automation software and protocols
• Strong problem-solving skills

Skills

• Proficiency with DDC controls and low-voltage wiring
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
