About the role
The CONTROLS TECHNICIAN will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting building automation systems, including HVAC controls and low-voltage wiring.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot building automation systems
- Perform routine inspections and repairs on HVAC equipment
- Install and configure new control systems as needed
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure system reliability
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in building automation, HVAC controls, and electrical systems
- DDC controls and low-voltage wiring knowledge
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with building automation software and protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with DDC controls and low-voltage wiring
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
