Controls Team Supervisor

About the role

Lead and mentor the controls group, oversee automation systems, and ensure successful project execution. Serve as a liaison with vendors to guarantee control panels and wiring meet standards, and foster strong internal relationships across departments.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the controls team
• Research and implement automation control systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Maintain equipment efficiency through preventive maintenance

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with control systems, data communication protocols, and industrial hardware
• Experience in PLC programming, SCADA systems, networking, and manufacturing software (preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, project management, and technical skills
