We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. Use .
Requirements: Could be the skillsets and expertise required (the first bullet list after job description). That includes proficiency in computer-based platforms, solid Electrical knowledge, configuration/graphic skills in Ovation etc., experience with field support, control narrative and markup, checking cables and wiring, cost estimating, developing IO lists, ability to build relationships.
Qualifications: Could be the "Skill Sets & Expertise" section (previous experience as Journeyman Electrician, etc.) plus technical training (High School or better, 5-10 years, Technical degree). Also maybe "Technical/Other Training" lines.
Skills: Could be overlapping; but we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we combine skillsets into Skills section, and Requirements into something else. However instruction: Use sections only when posting has real specific content. We can have overlapping but better to separate: Requirements (mandatory), Qualifications (preferred), Skills (specific technical skills). But we need to avoid filler.
Let's map:

- Skills: Could be the same as Requirements? Might be redundant. Perhaps we can skip Skills section if content overlaps heavily. But we need to include a section only when posting has real specific content. We could put Skills as the list of specific platforms: Ovation, Foxboro, ABB, PLC; computer-based platforms; etc. However we already have those in Requirements.
