About the role
We are searching for a controls project engineer to join our stable, growing company with no lay-off history. This role involves prescribing, designing, and coordinating cost-effective and high-quality engineered solutions while supporting customers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and users to determine project specifications
- Prepare detailed quotes and create sales orders
- Establish and maintain project reports
- Design projects and oversee their execution
- Assist in programming and develop test protocols
- Provide technical support
- Coordinate on-site installations
Requirements
- Associate Degree
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Experience with CAD, CAE, CAM, and automated engineering tools
- Limited travel (averages 6 weeks a year)
- Must be commutable (no relocation offered)
