We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting for content. Let's extract sections: - About the role: Could be Overview / Job Summary. The posting has "Overview" after Company Overview. It describes Controls Lead System Specialist role. So we can put that under

About the role

with paragraphs. - Responsibilities: There's a "Key RESPONSIBILITIES" section with sub-bullets. So we can create

Responsibilities

with
  • items. - Requirements: There's a "Qualifications" section later. That includes Experience, Technical Mastery, Education, Skills, Physical Demands, Travel. Might be considered Requirements/Qualifications. The instruction says we can have sections Requirements and Qualifications separate. We need to decide what goes where. Usually Requirements = experience, education, etc. Qualifications maybe similar. But we have both headings allowed. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have content for both maybe. We could treat "Qualifications" as the heading for the list of qualifications (Experience, Technical Mastery, Education, Skills, Physical Demands, Travel). And maybe "Requirements" could be omitted if not distinct. However we have "KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)" which could be considered Requirements? But not exactly. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include those that have content. We have content for Skills (under Qualifications: "Skills: Strong understanding..."). We have Benefits: The posting mentions "We offer our employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package". Also earlier: "We offer careers where good work is valued...". Also "Why Join Us?" mentions values. But not specific benefits like health insurance, 401k, etc. It says "competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package". That's vague but still mentions benefits. However instruction: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state "competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package". That's a statement about benefits, albeit generic. Should we include? It says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state benefits (comprehensive benefits package). So we can include Benefits section with that statement. Pay: It mentions "competitive salary". That's a statement about pay. So we can include Pay section with that statement. Schedule: No mention of schedule (e.g., full-time, shift). Not present. So omit Schedule. We also have "Physical Demands" and "Work Environment" sections. Those could go under Requirements or Qualifications? Not in the list of allowed headings. But we could incorporate them into Qualifications or Requirements as paragraphs. Since we cannot create arbitrary headings, we need to fit them under allowed headings. Perhaps put Physical Demands under Qualifications (since it's a qualification). Or under Requirements. We'll decide. We also have "Why Join Us?" which is more about culture; could be part of About the role or maybe omitted. We'll incorporate into About the role. We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like specific responsibilities bullet points, qualifications details, etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, fraud warnings, etc. Let's extract substantive content: Company Overview: EMCOR Services Aircond, a wholly owned subsidiary of EMCOR Group, Inc., is the Southeast’s largest provider of commercial and industrial HVAC services. At EMCOR Services Aircond, you’ll be part of a team that values integrity, safety, empowerment, teamwork, and continuous improvement. We offer careers where good work is valued, respected, and rewarded and you will have the ability to make a meaningful impact in a growing organization. Physical Demands (duplicate): This position involves tasks that may require climbing ladders, lifting and carrying items weighing over 50 pounds, identifying wire colors for electrical work, and working in confined or elevated spaces. The role may also include exposure to seasonal temperature variations, dust, dirt, allergens, and refrigerants. Employees may be required to work in tight or enclosed areas. We offer our employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package and are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success. Now we need to produce HTML with headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also include a section for "Physical Demands" under Requirements or Qualifications? But we have Skills heading separate; we can put Skills under Skills heading. We have Qualifications heading: we can put Experience, Technical Mastery, Education, Travel maybe. We have Skills heading: we can put the Skills bullet list. We have Requirements heading: maybe we can put Physical Demands and Work Environment? Or we could combine Requirements with Qualifications? But we need to follow instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say we must use all; we can choose which have content. We have content for Requirements? Not explicitly a "Requirements" section, but we could treat the Qualifications section as Requirements. However we already have Qualifications heading. To avoid duplication, maybe we put Requirements empty? Better to omit Requirements if no explicit content. But we have Physical Demands and Work Environment which could be considered requirements. But we could place them under Qualifications as well. Since we have Qualifications heading, we can include Physical Demands and Travel there. Thus we will have:

    About the role

with paragraphs: Company Overview + Overview (role) + Why Join Us? maybe.

    Responsibilities

    with
    • for each bullet point (maybe grouping subheadings as
    • with bold? But we need to preserve content; we can keep subheadings as part of
    • text. We need to avoid duplicating lines. Ensure we include all bullet points. We'll create
        and each responsibility as
      • . Could include the subheading as part of the
      • text. Similarly for KPIs? Those could be considered part of Responsibilities or maybe separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could be included under Responsibilities as additional bullets. We'll include KPIs under Responsibilities as well. Now Qualifications: include Experience
