Job Responsibilities

• Solid knowledge of metal stamping, spot welding and assembly processes
• Proven knowledge of PLCs and programming with the ability to program/teach robots
• Electrical knowledge (National Electrical Code) and control wiring
• Excellent interpersonal skills to develop positive relationships with associates, customers and vendors
• Intermediate computer skills required
• Able to communicate with others, both verbally and in writing
• Able to prepare, read, write and interpret reports, instructions, technical procedures, blueprints, diagrams and business correspondence
• Able to clearly and effectively respond to questions from management and customers
• Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts as appropriate
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Physical Demands

Involves physical activity, which occasionally requires strenuous activity. Involves frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds, often combined with bending, twisting and reaching. Environmental Conditions: General factory conditions including exposure to hot, humid conditions.
