Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Project).
  • Proficient of a good work ethic and reliability.
  • Proficient in hardware panel design.
  • Proficient in PLC Programming.
  • Capable in general or other HMI Programming.
  • Proficient knowledge in General VFD/Servo/Drive Controller.
  • Expert in PPE and Safety Awareness.
  • Proficient in individual Resourcefulness.
  • Proficient in the ability to keep a team on project schedule in house.
  • Proficient in the ability to keep a team on project schedule in field.
  • Proficient of handling customers in stressful situations and normal business.
  • Proficient in Representing our company and brands well as a representative of our company.
  • Expert in flexibility when work dates and time are needed.
  • Proficient in communication with other departments to get work done. (I.E. Shop, CAD, Engraving).

Project Specific Knowledge

  • Ford NextGen/GVOSS - Proficient in system hardware design, Connectivity Custom Panel Design, Logic design, HMI design.
  • GM G22 - Proficient in system hardware design, Connectivity Custom Panel Design, Logic design, HMI design.
  • Learners in Legacy PLC5 (Any experience in this field is a bonus) - Aware experience in system hardware design, Connectivity Custom Panel Design, Aware experience in logic design, Aware experience in HMI design.

Physical and Travel Requirements

  • This position requires travel to job sites as needed.
  • The individual must be physical capable of: Climbing a two-story ladder, Walking one mile within 20 minutes, Carrying a laptop while moving across job sites, Lifting up to 30 lbs. without difficulty.
