- Proficient in hardware panel design.
- Proficient in PLC Programming.
- Capable in general or other HMI Programming.
- Proficient knowledge in General VFD/Servo/Drive Controller.
- Expert in PPE and Safety Awareness.
- Proficient in individual Resourcefulness.
- Proficient in the ability to keep a team on project schedule in house.
- Proficient in the ability to keep a team on project schedule in field.
- Proficient of handling customers in stressful situations and normal business.
- Proficient in Representing our company and brands well as a representative of our company.
- Expert in flexibility when work dates and time are needed.
- Proficient in communication with other departments to get work done. (I.E. Shop, CAD, Engraving).
Project Specific Knowledge
- Ford NextGen/GVOSS - Proficient in system hardware design, Connectivity Custom Panel Design, Logic design, HMI design.
- GM G22 - Proficient in system hardware design, Connectivity Custom Panel Design, Logic design, HMI design.
- Learners in Legacy PLC5 (Any experience in this field is a bonus) - Aware experience in system hardware design, Connectivity Custom Panel Design, Aware experience in logic design, Aware experience in HMI design.
Physical and Travel Requirements
- This position requires travel to job sites as needed.
- The individual must be physical capable of: Climbing a two-story ladder, Walking one mile within 20 minutes, Carrying a laptop while moving across job sites, Lifting up to 30 lbs. without difficulty.
