Controls Engineer I / Electrical Engineer I

HybridEngineeringFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description of role, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits (some mention of compensation package, benefits). No explicit pay or schedule details (though travel 30-40% mentioned). Schedule not given. Pay not given (only "competitive salaries"). That's vague; we should not include Pay unless specific numbers. Benefits: mention "attractive compensation package with competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits, including health and wellness programs, career development, generous retirement savings plan with company match and more!" That's specific enough for Benefits section. Also mention "U.S. citizenship" etc. That's a requirement. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate (EEO, etc). Also remove duplicated lines. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: About the role: The initial paragraph(s) describing role: "As a Controls Engineer I, you’ll support the design, development, testing, and integration of control systems for advanced ground station antennas and Optical Telescopes. Working alongside experienced electrical, controls, mechanical, software, and systems engineers, you’ll gain hands-on experience with motion control, embedded systems, motors, servo drives, and antenna tracking systems. This is an opportunity for a recent Electrical Engineering graduate to apply classroom knowledge to real-world engineering challenges while developing expertise in satellite communications and precision motion-control systems. This position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract and facility security requirements. Candidates who are not U.S. citizens, including lawful permanent residents, EAD holders, and individuals with visa-based work authorization, are not eligible for consideration." That's about role and citizenship requirement. Responsibilities: The "Your Day To Day" paragraph and bullet-like sentences. Many sentences describing tasks. We can turn them into a list. Requirements: The "YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE Required Qualifications" section includes citizenship again, ability to obtain security clearance, Bachelor's degree, 0-2 years experience, working knowledge of EE concepts, foundational understanding of control systems, familiarity with C or embedded C, basic understanding of motors/servo systems/sensors/feedback control preferred, familiarity with CAN bus a plus, ability to read schematics, strong analytical/problem-solving, strong written/verbal communication, ability to work in team, ability to manage multiple assignments, learn new tech, work under direction, significant domestic and international travel required (30-40%). That's requirements. Qualifications: The "Preferred Qualifications" section includes Master of Science, hands-on experience, experience with engineering software, exposure to brushless DC motors, servo drives, PID control, motion control, antenna tracking, familiarity with CAN bus, CANopen, etc. Skills: Could be derived from both required and preferred? But we might combine skills into Requirements and Qualifications. However we need to decide sections: maybe we include Skills as a separate section summarizing technical skills: e.g., "Working knowledge of electrical engineering concepts, principles, theories, and processes; Foundational understanding of control systems, electrical circuits, electronics, and/or embedded systems; Familiarity with C or embedded C programming; Basic understanding of motors, servo systems, sensors, and feedback control; Familiarity with CAN bus or other communication protocols; Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team; Ability to manage multiple assignments, learn new technologies, and work effectively under the direction of senior engineers." But we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can keep them as list items. Benefits: The "What We Offer" paragraph: "We offer our employees an attractive compensation package with competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits, including health and wellness programs, career development, generous retirement savings plan with company match and more!" That's benefits. Pay: Not specific numbers, just "competitive salaries". That's vague; we should not create Pay section because it's not specific. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Benefits is stated, so we include Benefits. Pay not specific enough, so omit. Schedule: Not given; travel percentage is not schedule. So omit Schedule. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat citizenship requirement multiple times; we can include it once under About the role or Requirements. Probably include in About the role as it's part of role description. But also appears in Requirements. To avoid duplication, we can keep it only once. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Removing duplicate lines is allowed. So we can keep citizenship requirement in About the role and not repeat in Requirements (or we can keep in Requirements and drop from About). But About the role currently includes that sentence; we could keep it there and remove duplicate from Requirements. However Requirements also includes ability to obtain security clearance etc. We'll need to keep those. Thus we will have About the role paragraph (including citizenship). Responsibilities list. Requirements list (excluding citizenship duplicate). Qualifications list (preferred). Skills list (maybe combine required skills). Benefits paragraph. We need to use

for each section heading. We'll output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

Check for duplication: Skills list repeats some items from Requirements; but that's okay as they are skills. However we might be duplicating content. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. It didn't forbid duplication but we should avoid unnecessary duplication. However we already have Requirements covering many of those. Skills could be considered a subset; but we might decide to omit Skills section to avoid thin sections. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine skills into Requirements and Qualifications and not have a separate Skills section. However the
