Responsibilities

• Develop and implement control systems for custom electromechanical systems, control panels, robotics, vision systems, drives, and more.
• Collaborate with a skilled team of technicians, engineers, and project managers to take projects from concept through installation.
• Support and pursue additional business opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Integrate various instrumentation such as pressure sensors, load cells, flow meters, etc.
• Work safely in proximity to a variety of voltages such as 24VDC, 120VAC, 480VAC, single phase and 3-phase.
• Interpret electrical drawings and documentation for custom machines, systems, and products.
• Configure controls components such as VFDs, servo drives, machine vision systems, robot controllers, field IO racks, etc.
• Perform SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) development and design systems.
• Perform PLC and HMI programming (ex. RS Logix 500/5000, Studio 5000, etc.), commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting on machines, production lines, conveyor systems, etc.
• Support and pursue additional business opportunities with new and existing customers.
