About the role
A dynamic opportunity for an experienced Controls/Commissioning Engineer to join a leading automation company. The ideal candidate will bring mid-level expertise to our expanding team.
Responsibilities
- Design, install, and commission control systems for industrial processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new control strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in controls engineering
- Proficient in automation software and tools such as Siemens SIMATIC, Rockwell Automation, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and HMI interfaces
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in process control
- Experience with commissioning and start-up procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, SCL, and FBD
- Understanding of safety instrumented systems (SIS)
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation
- Knowledge of energy management systems (EMS)
