6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (alternative work schedule)

Pay

$35.50 per hour (plus additional pay based on experience)

Quarterly bonuses based on team achievement (up to 6% of wages)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and robotic systems
• Diagnose and repair electrical wiring, sensors, and instrumentation
• Support automation upgrades, commissioning, and continuous improvement
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with safety and FDA standards

Requirements

• 2+ years in industrial automation, controls, or electrical systems
• PLC programming/troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley preferred)
• Experience with instrumentation, schematics, and motion control
• Strong safety focus and teamwork mindset
• Bonus: Experience with Beckhoff, Fanuc, or vision systems
