Controls Application & Quotations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develops control quotations for Dataview retrofits, controls upgrades, software modifications, and schematic revisions.
• Serves as a point of contact for global product software changes through quotation development, project execution, and customer communication.
• Supports global product schematic updates through quotation development, project execution, and customer communication.
• Provides immediate technical assistance and troubleshooting support via telephone to customers and Field Service Technicians.
• Operates the customer and field service technical support help desk.

Requirements

• Meets all requirements of Field Service Technician Level 3.
• Excellent ability to read and analyze engineering drawings.
• Excellent Microsoft Windows operating systems skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of industrial controls, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• In-depth knowledge of BühlerPrince's policies, procedures, systems, and products.
