Controlling Analyst

About the role

As an AUMOVIO Controlling Analyst for Automotive Aftermarket and OES, you will be responsible for product costing and the creation of various costing standards. You will also assist in Business Case development and analysis based on those standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Controlling Team with the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes, including uploading actual, budget, and forecast financial data in FRAME.
• Support month-end closing by processing SAP transactions, posting journal entries, and performing various reconciliations.
• Participate in year-end activities, such as costing and inventory-related transactions, analysis of variations, fixed costs, balance sheet items, and assisting in annual financial audits.
• Prepare and analyze Controlling and Management KPI reports using PowerBI and/or SAP on a monthly basis, as well as create special reports as required.
• Adapt to conflicting deadlines and priorities established by company demands.
• Perform other duties or assignments as directed by the Controlling Supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in controlling, finance, accounting, or a similar discipline.
• Knowledge of SAP and advanced experience in Excel and PowerBI.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (AUMOVIO will not sponsor individuals for employment visas for this role).

Skills

• Experience in the automotive market or aftermarket is preferred.
