Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new assessment tools and methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute research projects
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform product development and policy recommendations
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in assessment development or research
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience with psychometric theory and test development
- Knowledge of educational measurement principles
- Understanding of data collection and survey design
- Advanced knowledge of statistical methods
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL
- Experience with qualitative research methods
- Strong project management skills
