Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new assessment tools and methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute research projects
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform product development and policy recommendations
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in assessment development or research
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience with psychometric theory and test development
• Knowledge of educational measurement principles
• Understanding of data collection and survey design

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of statistical methods
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL
• Experience with qualitative research methods
• Strong project management skills
