Controller – Real Estate Development Team

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development, accounting for active data center projects
• Maintain Yardi Job Cost, review monthly costs, and support cost reforecasting
• Prepare budget-to-actual variance analysis and development fee calculations
• Support the transition from development accounting to operating accounting
• Oversee monthly reporting packages, operating budgets, CAM reconciliations, and tenant-related accounting
• Manage corporate close, budgets, reforecasts, audits, tax planning, and AP/AR processes
• Partner with construction, development, valuations, portfolio management, acquisitions, dispositions, and investor accounting teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting experience
• Development accounting experience required
• BS in Accounting required
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar accounting/property management software
• Strong Excel, communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving processes
