Qualifications
- Corporate Accounting Manager/Treasury: 7+ years of experience in corporate accounting, 3+ years in real estate industry.
- Vice President of Multifamily Management: 10+ years of multifamily management experience, hands-on leadership approach, ability to align teams around key operational metrics.
- Human Resources Manager: Over 20 years of HR experience, including 17 years in multi-family housing industry.
- Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer: 30+ years of experience in real estate industry, instrumental roles in commercial, multifamily, senior housing, and new housing.
- Investor Relations Assistant: 9+ years at Hayman Company, monitoring, processing, and recording investor capital movements.
- Finance Manager: 20+ years of experience in commercial real estate, including third-party market research, appraisals, and valuations.
- Senior Property Manager: Extensive experience in managing large commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers, and historical renovations.
- Acquisitions Manager: Over 10 years of experience in acquisitions, closed acquisitions totaling 5,105 multifamily units, 11 office/industrial properties, and a mixed-use property in 10 different states.
- Asset Manager: Closed acquisitions exceeding 7,500 apartment homes, with an aggregate purchase price approximating $750 million.
- Leasing Consultant: Extensive leasing and investment sale knowledge, successful representation of both private and institutional real estate holders.
