Responsibilities

  • Manage the accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of Private Equity and Private Credit funds.
  • Oversee the month-end and quarter-end close process, including NAV reporting.
  • Manage relationships with third-party fund administrators, auditors, and other service providers.
  • Review capital calls, distributions, investment transactions, and investor allocations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and regulatory reporting.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with fund governing documents and accounting standards.
  • Partner with investment, legal, tax, and operations teams to support fund activities and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead process improvements and mentor team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
  • 8+ years of Private Equity, Private Credit, or alternative investment fund accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and private fund structures.
  • Experience with fund administrators and financial statement preparation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
