Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports, including internal monthly financial statements, cash collections, partner income, revenue analysis, and other requested reports.
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, petty cash, employee expense reports, cash control, payroll processing, and corporate payroll tax compliance.
- Manage accounts receivable aging components, including billings, cash receipts application, and quarter/year-end payroll closing with federal and state reports.
- Oversee accounting services, including financial statement production, billing, and account statement production.
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget and prior year’s actuals.
- Review benchmark reports for measuring financial and operating performance of divisions and departments.
- Prepare financials and schedules for year-end tax and franchise tax returns.
- Correct employee time entries and project miscodings as needed.
- Perform weekly China expense reconciliation to China banks.
- Maintain registration with state boards of public accountancy and other international organizations.
- Handle personal property rendition and ensure timely filings.
- Reconcile year-end China team-prepared China office financial statements to U.S. financials.
- Ensure timely distribution of funds to 401k and health savings accounts (HSA).
- Gather information for professional liability insurance renewals.
- Add new employees with proper security preferences to time management software.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
4-year degree required.
