Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance; Master’s Degree a plus or in lieu of experience
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting program
- 2+ years of accounting experience, or bookkeeping within a Construction environment or Small Midsized Business, a plus

About the Role
Enjoy hands-on leadership at the center of the organization’s financial operations, responsible for ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and insight across all accounting activities. This role oversees the day-to-day accounting function and leads the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring financial statements are completed accurately and on schedule. A key focus is maintaining and strengthening internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
