About the role
The Hybrid Consolidation Controller oversees the financial consolidation process for the Group's entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and provides strategic insights to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process for all group entities.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of consolidated financial statements.
- Cook up with subsidiary finance teams to gather and review financial data.
- Prepare consolidation adjustments, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, including but not limited to IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, notes, and disclosures.
- Aid in the preparation of statutory reports and filings.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the consolidation process.
- Develop and maintain consolidation policies and procedures.
- Implement and maintain consolidation software/tools as necessary.
- Ensure strong internal controls over the consolidation process.
- Perform regular reviews and reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
- Aid in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Provide analysis and insights on consolidated financial results.

The role requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex consolidation processes.
