What You Will Be Doing

  • Aid in achieving the financial goals of the business to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Act as a key advisor to senior management, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Oversee all aspects of the finance and accounting functions within the organization.
  • Perform a wide range of tasks independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed accounting policies and procedures, organize and safeguard financial records.
  • Create and present quarterly consolidated financial statements, standard monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Create and manage the annual budgeting process, prepare management cost reports.
  • Provide financial analyses for capital investments, pricing, contract negotiations, and other strategic decisions.
  • Manage the monthly closing cycle, including inventory reconciliation, payroll summaries, account analysis, and journal entry preparation.
  • Create and maintain budgets and forecasts, and track operating metrics.
  • Participate in special projects such as acquisitions, and compile various special reports as needed.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as directed by the Segment CFO.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in a major company or division of a large, global corporation.
  • Experience in a multi-site, manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to function effectively in a matrix organization and understand product introduction principles.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Collaborative working style, capable of working in multicultural teams.
  • High level of integrity, dependability, and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of company personnel and travel up to 25%.
